The 18th International Technology Transfer Conference (hereinafter: the event), which will be held on the 8th and 10th of October 2025 is copyrighted. The holder of material copyrights is Jožef Stefan Institute, therefore any copying, including recording and electronic storage, distribution, online publication and other use other than permitted private use, is not permitted without the prior permission of the Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI).
The organizers of the event will capture several screenshots (photographs) and in some cases record the event in order to promote and report about the event. Photographing and recording will take place in accordance with the applicable national Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, english) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Photos and recordings of the event will be published on the websites http://tehnologije.ijs.si/, http://www.uil-sipo.si/, https://www.wipo.int/portal/en/index.html, https://ijs.si/ijsw, on JSI LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. The photos and videos will also be published on the websites and in printed material of other co-organisers. Photos will refer to the event as a whole and not to individual attendees.
