Instructions for authors
The Program Committee calls for papers on the topics of the conference. The papers should not exceed four pages, and should be written in English. Papers must be written in Microsoft Word according to the MS Word template (kindly follow the format, do not add page numbers, and insert appropriate information in the header). Preliminary Registration Form (title and abstract only) is to be filled in by 10th of August. In the first step, the Program Committee will determine if your submission is within the scope of the conference. If so, you will be invited to submit the full paper. Preliminary registration is not mandatory, but it is advisable as you can receive feedback before committing to a full paper. Final submission by 17th of August. The papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Review Programme Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN, posted (open access) on the ITTC web page and presented by the authors at the conference.
In 2026 only in-person presentations of accepted papers will be possible. By default, the presentations shall be given in English. Time allocated for each presentation will depend on the total number of presentations.
