Špela Stres, Jožef Stefan Institute As the EU shapes its next Multiannual Financial Framework and FP10, aligning research and innovation instruments — from ERC to EIC — is crucial to building an effective, impact-driven innovation funnel. The round table will explore how European and national policies can work in synergy to support the transition from excellent science to globally competitive deep tech ventures. Special attention will be given to the Slovenian funding landscape and its role in enabling spin-outs, research commercialization, and stronger integration with EU-level instruments. The session brings together policymakers, funding agencies, research institutions, and entrepreneurs to identify coordinated strategies for sustainable innovation ecosystems. |
